1.实木

这种芯板又称细木工板或大芯板,是一种实木芯的胶合板。它是将原木切割成条状,拼接成芯,外表面覆盖单板制成的。其竖向(按芯板方向区分)抗折抗压强度较差,但横向抗折抗压强度较高。根据加工工艺,芯板可分为机器拼接和手工拼接两种。手工拼接是将木条手工插入胶合板中,木条挤压力小,拼接不均匀,缝隙大,握钉力差,不能锯,只适合整体拼接。而机拼板压力较大,缝隙极小,拼接平滑,承载能力均匀,且结构紧凑,长期使用不易变形。木芯板可分为杨木、杉木、松木等。优良板材表面光滑平整,不易翘曲变形,根据砂光情况可分为两种。

木芯板螺旋力好;透气性高、品质强、吸音、隔热等特点,且含水量不高,一般为10%~30%,加工简单。这个板子比实际板子更稳定。其规格为(长/宽)2440mm*1220mm,厚度为15mm~18mm,在模型制作中,一般采用切割机进行加工。
